Notino is looking for professional and customer service-oriented Store Manager. As the Store Manager, you will develope store strategies to raise customers’ pool and their satisfaction.
Your main duty would be meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff.
What will your job look like?
- ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- scheduling employees to cover all hours of operation
- meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff
- delegating tasks to staff such as cleaning, stocking, customer support, or working the cash register
- making sure items are on the shelves and displayed attractively
- conducting inventory and investigating possible causes for discrepancies
- participating in the hiring process for new employees including interviewing, recommending the best candidates and training new employees
- monitoring staff behaviour, attitude, and presentation to make sure they are a positive reflection of the retail store's values.
- on the shopping floor act as Beauty Consultant – by sharing product knowledge with customers and with store's team members
- inspiring the team to do their best by being a role model and an authoritative example of their possible future with the company
- working with in-house systems
- cooperate with colleagues from different stores across the Europe and with other departments of the company (HR, warehouse, logistic, marketing)
We think you would be great for this role if you have:
- strong leadership skills
- strong experience with retail – in the beauty sector, luxurious goods
- previous experience as a Store Manager
- high level of understanding KPIs and other figures
- high level of understanding all processes in the store
- sales skills and talent for perfect customer service
- ability to work under pressure
- solid knowledge of English (we prefer level B2)
